World Flight Over Russia
The Church of the Twelve Apostles
The Church of the Twelve Apostles and Patriarch's Palace in the Kremlin. Moscow became a city in 1147 and the Kremlin, which is truly a wonder to behold, is a 90-acre wedge of property strategically located along Moscow River to prevent invasion from that side. Vladimir Mayakovsky remarked, "The earth, as we all know, begins at the Kremlin. It is the central point."
