Tupolev ANT-22 Photo Gallery
The Tupolev ANT-22 of the Soviet Union was a twin-hull flying boat powered by six 820 hp (612 kW) Mikulin M-34R engines mounted on three nacelles. Its enormous weight crippled any hope of it performing well enough to enter production. The first flight was 8 August 1934, and only one prototype was built.
